Never Know What You Are Going To Get..

Noah started school on August 27th.  He started Kindergarten.  It was awful.  Noah is a smart kid, yes I know all parents say that, but with Noah it is really true.  In the first 10 days of school, all the kindergartners were tested in Reading and Math...Well, after 11 days of Hell in Kindergarten, with constant "We had a bad day"s, he would not listen, he was making sounds, he can't keep his hand and feet to himself, I had enough.  The child they were describing was not mine AT ALL.  So I asked about putting him in some harder classes, come to find out, he is reading at a 1st year 1 month.  When I asked about math, well those hadn't been tallied yet...So I went to the principal and told her he is bored, I warned the teacher if he got bored, it would get ugly...So, she asks me...Do you want to put him in first grade, well, I was desperate so I said yes.  Best decision I have ever made.  While Noah has still had his struggles almost everyday, none like Kindergarten.  The most awesome thing is that yesterday Noah received his first "Best" ticket from his teacher and to make it even more sweet, he received another one today. I am so proud of him and it is helping me not stress so much about him and his happiness at school.  Love you little man!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Noah

This is Noah, my handsome loving little man.  We have had many adventures with this little dude.  My goal on here is to write Noah a journal captruring his truimphs and his battles.  Noah recently started school and it seems there is a larger struggle for a full day of school than preschool and more challenge for him than I imagined.  I want him to know how much we truly love him and everything we are trying to do to make school so much more fun for him.  This will be his when he is older.

Let our adeventures begin.  Remember Noah, I will ALWAYS love you!  You are my best little man.
